**CB LOC HOUSE | CANCELLATION & LATE ARRIVAL POLICY**

To respect everyone's time and ensure appointments run smoothly, please take a moment to read the following booking policies before your appointment.

Deposits & Cancellations
- A deposit is required to secure all appointments.
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- Please provide at least **48 hours' notice** if you need to cancel or reschedule.
- Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may result in your deposit being forfeited.
- Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice (no-show) will result in your deposit being lost, and a new deposit will be required to book again.

Late Arrivals
- Please arrive on time for your appointment.
- A **15-minute grace period** is allowed.
- Arrivals exceeding 15 minutes may result in your appointment being cancelled or rescheduled, depending on the schedule and service booked.
- If you know you are running late, please contact me as soon as possible.
- Please understand that late arrivals may affect other clients' appointment times.

Rescheduling
- If you need to rearrange your appointment, please give as much notice as possible.
- Deposits may be transferred to a new appointment when sufficient notice is provided.
Repeated cancellations or rescheduling may result in future bookings being declined.
